Greatest hits
My favourite bits of copywriting at Klook.
Surprise me
The Trips tab of the Klook app allows users to view their bookings, saved items, and recently viewed products.
If users don't have any upcoming books, they can click "Surprise me" and get taken to a randomised city page for travel inspiration.

Book now for
tomorrow
When I first used Klook, I ran into a confusing tag on product cards: "Available Tomorrow."
I wasn't sure whether it meant tickets became available tomorrow or whether I could book for tomorrow — and I made the wrong assumption.
Even after joining Klook, I realised many users were likely interpreting it the same way.
I rewrote the tag to "Book now for tomorrow," turning it into a clear call to action ("Book"), adding urgency ("now"), and removing ambiguity ("for tomorrow").
The result is copy that guides users instantly and accurately without slowing them down.

Landmark page
These pages allow Klook users to explore landmarks and Places of Interest. I wrote the subtitles for each activity category.
